WebSep 4, 2024 · Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a digital radio transmission technology developed in South Korea as part of the national IT project for sending multimedia such as TV, radio, and datacasting to mobile devices such as mobile phones, laptops, and GPS navigation systems. Digital Video Broadcasting WebDVB-S2 is intended to provide Direct-To-Home (DTH) services for consumer Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD), as well as collective antenna systems (Satellite Master Antenna Television - SMATV) and cable television head-end stations (possibly with remodulation, see EN 300 429 [5]).
