Web20 sep. 2024 · My understanding is that when the fire stick doesn't detect audio, it pauses (freezes) the video. It was freezing on every app after I started a movie (Disney+, Hulu, Prime, Netflix, etc) but once I changed the audio setting in the fire stick settings options, the videos played just fine and the sound came out of my sound bar perfectly.
