WebAt&t is a horrible service to deal with! I have been a customer forever. However, when I recently had a problem they told me there was nothing they can do! After speaking to a manager, my problem still was not resolved! They thanked me for being such a valuable customer! Really, so the thanks I get is not resolving my problem for me!
